As a European based supplier, we are required to collect UK VAT on sales made in Europe. Sales made outside Europe do not attract VAT.

Since the products are downloaded electronically, we need to take additional steps to verify whether you need to pay VAT when purchasing. We do this by automatically validating the country where your credit card is issued, when on-line payment is made.

We also support the Reciprocal Agreement where VAT-registered companies in EU Member States (excluding the UK) can self-assess for VAT. You can choose to send us your EU VAT Registration number and we will not add UK VAT to your purchase. Full instructions are given in the Checkout Help pages.
